I went to NYC for my girl Nyk's bday and we, and a few other friends decided to venture down to the KINK MUSEUM. Also known as the Museum of Sex, we thought this just had to be super interesting. Here we saw SO MANY EXHIBITS... I mean from Robots having sex, to videos of stars we ALL know and love, to whales blowing in each others blow holes, pun intended. But after we left there was one exhibit that had us crackin' up for the next month or so, and I wanted to give them, my niccuz a shout out! THE BONOBOS ,
AKA the Pygmy Chimpanzee and even sometimes called the Dwarfs. This is an endangered species and can be found in the wild in the Democratic Republic of Congo. You can spot a Bonobo a mile way because of their looong legs and the throw back part in the top of their heads. bottom line is this: Genetic studies have characterized their DNA as more than 98% identical to that of the Homo sapiens. But these puppy pumpin' chimps may be a little more homo than you think, pun intended. LET'S GG...
Sexual intercourse plays a HUGE role in their society. Some scientists think that they use sex to greet, resolve a conflict (instead of wars) , and to reconcile after a conflict... what a shocker. Bonobos engage in face-to-face sex, genital sex,
tongue kissing, and oral sex. The female-female behavior of touching genitals and rubbing them together is known as GG rubbing (genital-genital rubbing), or "Scissoring." "Strong female bonding allows groups of female Bonobos to dominate the community." ... talk about controversy.... sheeeesh!Back to bidnes... this X-rated activity happens within immediate family members as well as outside it. Bonobos never form permanent monogamous relationships. They participate not playa hate, any gender, any age, don't matter... it's allll good! But there is possibly one exception, mothers and their adult sons, yea even Bonobos have to draw the line some where.
On guard!
Monkeying Around: Penis fencing at its finest!
Bonobo males also engage in various forms of male to male genital behavior AKA.. Frot. Sometimes two males will hang from a tree limb face to face , and penis fence, lol.... woooh! Sorry. the male Bonobos also "frot" on ground face to face. But please lets not forget the "rump rubbing," after a fight( or conflict) two males may turn back to back and rub their scrotal sacs together. Watcha think of that Jack? ... by the way, NO HOMO. :)
